System and method for group reservations and event planning

A system for permitting a group administrator to book a group event, the system comprising:

• at least one user computing device in operable communication with a user network;
• an application server in operable communication with the user network, the application server configured to host an application system for booking a group event, the application system having a user interface module for providing access to the application system through the user computing device or a group administrator computing device, the user interface module in operable communication with a booking database storing one or more events, event aspects, and pre-negotiated event prices, the user interface module permits the user or group administrator to select from the one or more events;
• and
• a payment processing module to permit the transmission of payment for the one or more events.
