Busbar-free interdigitated back contact solar cell and interdigitated back contact solar cell module

An IBC solar cell module, comprising at least one IBC solar cell string formed by electrically connecting at least one IBC solar cell, wherein the at least one IBC solar cell comprises:

• a semiconductor substrate;
• a plurality of finger electrode lines comprising a plurality of first finger electrode lines and a plurality of second finger electrode lines, wherein the plurality of first finger electrode lines and the plurality of second finger electrode lines are alternately arranged on the semiconductor substrate;
• and
• a plurality of conductive lines comprising a plurality of first conductive lines and a plurality of second conductive lines, wherein the plurality of first conductive lines and the plurality of second conductive lines are alternately arranged,
• wherein the plurality of first conductive lines is connected to the plurality of first finger electrode lines and spaced apart from the plurality of second finger electrode lines, and
• wherein the plurality of second conductive lines is connected to the plurality of second finger electrode lines and spaced apart from the plurality of first finger electrode lines.
