Lrrk2 inhibitors

A compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:

• R1 is CH2R4 or R4;
• R2 is a C1-C3 alkyl, an isotopically labelled C1-C3 alkyl, a C3-C6cycloalkyl, or a C1-C3 haloalkyl;
• R3 is halogen, cyano, a O—C1-C3 haloalkyl, a C1-C3 haloalkyl, a C3-C6cycloalkyl, or a C1-C3 alkyl;
• R4 is a 4- to 7-membered heterocycle having 1-2 heteroatoms independently selected from oxygen and nitrogen;
• a C1-C3alkyl, a C1-C3 cyanoalkyl, a C1-C3haloalkyl, or a C3-C6cycloalkyl;
• or R4 is a bicyclic 8-membered heterocycle having 1-2 heteroatoms independently selected from oxygen and nitrogen;
• wherein each heterocycle or cycloalkyl is unsubstituted or substituted with 1, 2, or 3 groups independently selected from the group consisting of cyano, deuterium, halogen, C1-C3 alkyl, an isotopically labelled C1-C3 alkyl, a O—C1-C3 haloalkyl, a O—C1-C3 alkyl, or a C1-C3 haloalkyl.
