Bracket assembly

A second bracket assembly comprising:

• a cylindrical member receiving a second part of a supporting bar from a first opening of the cylindrical member;
• a cylindrical core housed in the cylindrical member from a second opening of the cylindrical member;
• an annular cap press fitted with the cylindrical core at the second opening of the cylindrical member for providing support to the cylindrical member;
• and
• a torque cartridge housed within a torque cartridge housing and transversely press fitted into the cylindrical member and the cylindrical core, wherein the torque cartridge comprises:
• a first portion, wherein a first end of the first portion is coupled to the cylindrical core;
• and
• a second portion, wherein a first end of the second portion is rotatably coupled at a second end of the first portion to provide an infinite smooth pivoting movement between the first portion and the second portion of the torque cartridge,
• wherein the second bracket assembly connected to a second part of the supporting bar in an opposite direction to a first bracket assembly, and thereby facilitating movement of the second bracket assembly towards or away from the first bracket assembly.
