Remote monitoring system, apparatus, and method

A remote monitoring apparatus comprising:

• at least one memory storing instructions, and
• at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
• obtain a first video and a second video that are different in an imaging position from each other;
• determine a video having a higher degree of importance on the basis of the first video and the second video;
• and
• transmit a transmission video adjustment report to adjust qualities of the first video and the second video, the transmission video adjustment report being used to adjust the qualities of the first video and the second video on the basis of a result of determining a degree of importance.

A remote monitoring method comprising:

• obtaining a first video and a second video that are different in an imaging position from each other;
• determining a video having a higher degree of importance on the basis of the first video and the second video;
• and
• transmitting a transmission video adjustment report to adjust qualities of the first video and the second video, the transmission video adjustment report being used to adjust the qualities of the first video and the second video in accordance with a result of determining a degree of importance.
