A communication device, comprising:

• a receiver, a sender, a memory, and at least one processor, wherein
• the memory is configured to store at least one program;
• and
• the at least one processor is configured to execute the at least one program to implement one of the following:
• receiving, by the receiver, a forwarding initiation message sent by a second communication node, wherein the forwarding initiation message carries a new forwarding address;
• and
• initiating, by the processor, a new forwarding process according to the new forwarding address in the forwarding initiation message;
• or,
• sending, by the sender, a forwarding initiation message to a first communication node, wherein the forwarding initiation message carries a new forwarding address and is used to trigger the first communication node to initiate a new forwarding process.
