Abstract
Provided are a communication apparatus and a base station for use in wireless communication, a method for a communication apparatus, and a method for a base station. The communication apparatus comprises a communication apparatus for use in wireless communication comprising a transceiver which, in operation, receives system information indicating a reference signal, RS, configuration and circuitry which, in operation, determines the RS configuration based on the received system information, wherein the transceiver, in operation, assumes RS available in accordance with the determined RS configuration.
Claims17
A communication apparatus for use in wireless communication, comprising:
- a transceiver, which, in operation, receives system information indicating a reference signal (RS) configuration;
- and
- circuitry, which, in operation, determines the RS configuration based on the received system information,
- wherein the transceiver, in operation, assumes RS available in accordance with the determined RS configuration.
A communication apparatus for use in wireless communication, comprising:
- circuitry, which, in operation, determines a time distance at which a time window including reference signals starts before a paging occasion, a paging frame, or a system information block for the communication apparatus, and
- a transceiver, which, in operation, assumes reference signal (RS) available within the time window.
