A composition comprising a TNF-alpha binding polypeptide and an IL-7R binding polypeptide wherein the IL-7R binding polypeptide comprises three complementarity determining regions (CDR1-CDR3), wherein (a) CDR1 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 9, CDR2 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and CDR3 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
