Abstract
A terminal includes: a reception unit configured to obtain information for starting a service that performs priority control related to communications, the service being applied to a group to which one or more terminals belong; and a control unit configured to start the service for the terminals that belong to the group, by using the information and by a trigger via direct communication between terminals or via a network.

A terminal comprising:
- a reception unit configured to obtain information for starting a service that performs priority control related to communications, the service being applied to a group to which one or more terminals belong;
- and

A communication method performed by a terminal, the communication method comprising:
