Abstract
An ionic liquid has a structure represented by the following general formula (1). In the general formula (1), R represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, and at least one ethylene group comprising the alkenyl group may be substituted with a vinylene group. An ionic liquid having a structure represented by the following general formula (1):

- R—COO−X+ General formula (1)
- wherein R represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, and at least one ethylene group comprising the alkenyl group may be substituted with a vinylene group;
- and X+ represents a phospholipid with a cationic group.
