Abstract
The invention refers to a lock system consisting of a hub cap (1), with a decentralized hole (2) for key insertion (3), where the lid (1) has appropriately inclined levels of pin pressure (7) and a key (8). The lid (1) is rotatable and it pushes a roller (21) through the sloping pin pressure level (7) which is located on the upper side of the lid (19) which pushes down a cluster of springs (15), (18) from locking (16) and alignment (17) pins, in order for the latter to align, allowing the case (9) and the hub (10) to rotate. At the same time, the rotation of the lid (1) pushes the key (3) inside the hub (10) in order to engage the two gears (24), (30), which will allow, through a knob (28), the opening of the latch bolt (26).
Claims3
A door lock and knob system with invisible hub, comprising a knob (28) with a shaft (29) ending in a gear (30) and a shutter cover (1) that closes with a back cover (6), where the lid (1) has an outer perforated hole (2) and on the center inside has a tube (4), a sloping pin pressure level (7) and a sloping key pressure level (8), and in the tube (4) a circular case (9) is applied with a pin and a hub (10) with vertical longitudinal holes (13), through which repellent springs (15) and locking pins (16) pass, and which has two further legs (22) that pass through corresponding notches (23) which are carried on by a gear hub (24) and they end in a latch bolt (26), and above the case (9) a base (11) is located with at least a series of corresponding vertical longitudinal holes (14), while above each locking pin (16) there is a corresponding alignment pin (17), extruded by the corresponding extrusion spring (18) and a base cover (19) with a shaft (20) that axially runs a roller (21), characterized by that when inserting a key (3) with the appropriate configurations inside the hole (2) and with the rotation of the lid (1) the inclined level of pressure of pins (7) pushes down the roller (21), which respectively pushes the base cap (19), aligning the alignment pins (17) and the locking pins (16) with the notch (12) allowing the hub to rotate (10), while at the same time the key (3) is pressed inside by the inclined pressure level key (8) pushing the hub gear (24) into the engagement position with the gear (30), allowing the opening of the latch bolt (26) by rotating the knob (28).
