Pallet assembly

A pallet assembly comprising:

• a top plate and a runner having four side surfaces;
• a pallet integrated module that collects journey data for transmission to a cloud;
• a load-force plate disposed between said top plate and said runner, said force-transfer plate increasing load bearing capacity of said top plate while adding strength to said pallet assembly, an antenna being embedded in said load-force plate;
• and
• a plurality of load blocks disposed between said load-force plate and said runner, said load blocks being symmetrically positioned such that a forklift can enter from any of said four side surfaces of a runner, said runner being disposed under said plurality of load blocks;
• wherein the pallet assembly includes a coating material that protects shipment of foodstuffs and other products that require sanitary conditions;
• and
• wherein said pallet assembly is compatible with both an X-form load-force plate and a cross-form load-force plate.

A pallet assembly comprising:

• a top plate and a runner having four side surfaces;
• a pallet integrated module that collects journey data for transmission to a cloud;
• and
• a load-force plate disposed between said top plate and said runner, said force-transfer plate increasing load bearing capacity of said top plate while adding strength to said pallet assembly, an antenna being embedded in said load-force plate, said antenna being formed in said load-force plate to drop down to contact said pallet integrated module;
• and
• a plurality of load blocks disposed between said load-force plate and said runner, said load blocks being symmetrically positioned such that a forklift can enter from any of said four side surfaces of a runner, said runner being disposed under said plurality of load blocks;
• wherein the pallet assembly includes a coating material that protects shipment of foodstuffs and other products that require sanitary conditions.
