Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.

A bearing plate of an integrated construction system, comprising:
- a surface having:
- an outer boundary defining an outer edge of the bearing plate;
- and
- an inner boundary within the bearing plate that defines an area configured to interchangeably accommodate a plurality of components of the integrated construction system.
