Abstract
A modular workstation includes a work module support having at least one work module support fastening region for fixing a work module to the work module support, a plurality of the work modules having a work module fastening region for detachable fixing to a work module support fastening region of the work module support. At least one of the work modules includes a work carrier movable in at least one movement mode and a work carrier drive for driving the work carrier for movement in the at least one movement mode.

A modular workstation comprising:
- a work module;
- a work module support having at least one work module support fastening region for fixing said work module to said work module support;
- a plurality of work modules having respective work module fastening regions for detachably fixing to said at least one work module support fastening region of said work module support;
- and,
- at least one of said plurality of work modules having a work carrier movable in at least one movement mode and a work carrier drive for driving said work carrier for movement in said at least one movement mode.
