Abstract
A unit may output a content and may communicate with a user's mobile phone, tablet, personal activity tracker, wearable computer, and/or health monitor. For example, the unit may include a housing, a reflective mirror, a processor, an electronic display, a speaker, and a network interface. For example, the unit may be capable of monitoring a health factor (e.g., a heart rate) during various activities.
Claims14
A method comprising:
- causing a user to access a wearable computer and a device, wherein the device includes a housing, a mirror, a processor, a display, a speaker, and a network interface, wherein the housing houses the mirror, the processor, the display, the speaker, and the network interface such that the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display, wherein the processor is coupled to the display, the speaker, and the network interface;
- and
- causing the user to operate the wearable computer and the device in a non-shower area while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area such that (1) the wearable computer is in wireless communication with the network interface while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area, (2) the display outputs a video content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area such that the user is capable of seeing the video content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area, and (3) the speaker outputs an audio content for the video content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area such that the user is capable of hearing the audio content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area.
A method comprising:
- causing a user to access a wearable computer and a device, wherein the device includes a housing, a mirror, a processor, a display, a speaker, and a network interface, wherein the housing houses the mirror, the processor, the display, the speaker, and the network interface such that the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display, wherein the processor is coupled to the display, the speaker, and the network interface, wherein the wearable computer is a personal activity tracker or a health monitor;
- and
- causing the user to operate the wearable computer and the device in a non-shower area while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area such that (1) the wearable computer is in wireless communication with the network interface while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area, (2) the display outputs a video content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area such that the user is capable of seeing the video content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area, and (3) the speaker outputs an audio content for the video content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area such that the user is capable of hearing the audio content while the mirror presents the user as the user faces the mirror and the display in the non-shower area, wherein each of the video content and the audio content is sourced from a data source remote from each of the wearable computer and the device.
A method comprising:
- causing a user to be positioned in front of a device having a mirror, a speaker, and a display while the device wirelessly communicates with a wearable computer, the display outputs a video content sourced remote from the device, the speaker outputs an audio content sourced remote from the device, and the user faces the mirror and the display.
