Pre-Saturated Disinfecting Disposable Microfiber Wipes

A method of manufacturing a pre-saturated disposable disinfecting wipe, comprising:

• providing a low weight substrate having a first face and an opposed second face;
• attaching a microfiber yarn to the low weight substrate in a plurality of parallel rows of stitches;
• and
• saturating the microfiber cloth with a disinfecting formulation,
• wherein the pre-saturated disposable disinfecting wipe has a single-touch three-minute wetness coverage of more than 100 in2.

A method of manufacturing a pre-saturated disposable disinfecting wipe, comprising:

• saturating, with a disinfecting formulation, a microfiber cloth comprising:
• a low weight substrate having a first face and an opposed second face;
• and
• microfiber yarn attached to the low weight substrate in a plurality of parallel rows of stitches,
• wherein the pre-saturated disposable disinfecting wipe has a single-touch two-minute wetness coverage of more than 100 in2.
