A device for quickly replacing a magazine (hereinafter referred to as DQRM-BP) of handheld automatic small arms having a bullpup configuration (hereinafter referred to as HASA-BP), based on the movement of a spare magazine located in a pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides along spring-loaded guides and along guide grooves for moving the spare magazine to the location of the service magazine in the HASA-BP opening, consisting of:
- A housing of the device, located in the butt of HASA-BP;
- A pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides;
- A spring of the pivoting tray;
- A spring-loaded latch of the pivoting tray;
- A drive of the pivoting tray spring-loaded latch;
- Guide grooves for moving the spare magazine;
- Grooves for moving the service magazine;
- A device control key;
- A return spring of the device control key;
- A lock of the service magazine;
- A spring for removing the service magazine;
- Ridges on the magazine for moving the magazine along the grooves;
- A ridge or groove on the magazine for fixing the service magazine;
- A ridge with grooves on the magazine for interacting with the spring-loaded guides, -designed for:
- Holding the spare magazine in the pivoting tray due to the spring-loaded guides entering into the grooves of the ridges with grooves on the magazine for interacting with the spring-loaded guides;
- Removing an empty service magazine after pressing the device control key using the spring for removing the service magazine, which spring pushing the service magazine out of the HASA-BP opening along the grooves for moving the service magazine;
- Installing a spare magazine in the HASA-BP opening after the device control key kinematically connected through the spring-loaded latch drive of the pivoting tray, while moving back to its original position due to the return spring, releases the pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides, located in the upper position, from being held by the pivoting tray spring-loaded latch, as a result of which the pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides is moved to the lower position under the action of the spring of the pivoting tray, and the lower edge of the spare magazine installed inside the pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides partially comes out of the housing of the device placed in the HASA-BP butt, and the shooter, with a motion of a hand, by the spare magazine lower part having protruded from the butt, moves the spare magazine moving along the spring-loaded guides of the pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides and -further - by the edges on the magazine for moving the magazine along the grooves - along the guide grooves for moving the spare magazine until it is fixed in the HASA-BP opening through the service magazine lock by the edge or groove on the magazine for fixing the service magazine;
- Mechanically acting by the newly installed service magazine on the bolt stop for releasing the bolt which, moving forward under the action of the bolt spring, grips the upper cartridge from the newly installed service magazine and rams it to the chamber, which allows the shooter to immediately continue firing, and then - at a convenient time for the shooter - to install a new spare magazine in the pivoting tray with spring-loaded guides, whereby to return the device to the hot configuration.
