Abstract
A terminal includes a substrate made of metal, an electrode portion that is formed of the same material as the substrate and functions as an electrode, and an insulating resin that is provided between the substrate and the electrode portion so as to surround the electrode portion and insulates the substrate and the electrode portion from each other.

A terminal comprising:
- a substrate made of metal;
- an electrode portion that is configured of a same material as the substrate and functions as an electrode;
- and
- an insulating resin that is between the substrate and the electrode portion to surround the electrode portion and insulates the substrate and the electrode portion from each other.
A manufacturing method of a terminal, the terminal including a substrate made of metal, an electrode portion that is configured of a same material as the substrate and is configured to function as an electrode, and an insulating resin that is between the substrate and the electrode portion to surround the electrode portion and insulates the substrate and the electrode portion from each other, the manufacturing method comprising:
- providing a groove for dividing a mother substrate made of metal into the substrate and the electrode portion;
- and
- disposing the insulating resin in the groove.
