Provided are a polymer film including a particle A having a constricted structure and a polymer B; a laminate including the polymer film and a metal layer or metal wire disposed on at least one surface of the polymer film; and a method of producing the polymer film.

A polymer film, comprising:
- a particle A having a constricted structure;
- and
- a polymer B.
A method of producing a polymer film, the method comprising:
- heating a polymer film precursor comprising a particle to form, from the particle, a particle A having a constricted structure.
