Abstract
An adjustable breast pumping flange is provided. The breast pumping flange allows for adjustment of the flange angle relative to a bottle to which the flange connects. This allows for a nursing mother to more comfortably position the flanges and bottles during a pumping session. This increased comfort in turn allows for improved and more efficient milk collection.
Claims20
An adjustable breast pumping flange assembly comprising:
- a breast pumping flange having a tube extending from the flange, the breast pumping flange connectable to a bottle;
- an adjustment section, the adjustment section allowing for a directional adjustment of the flange relative to a distal end of the tube, the adjustment section having a locked mode such that the adjustment section is securable in an adjusted position, and having an unlocked mode wherein that the flange is freely movable relative to the distal end of the tube.
A breast pumping bottle assembly comprising:
- a bottle,
- a breast pumping flange having a tube extending from the flange, the breast pumping flange in fluid communication with the bottle;
- an adjustment section, the adjustment section allowing for a directional adjustment of the flange relative to the bottle, the adjustment section having a locked mode such that the adjustment section is securable in an adjusted position, and having an unlocked mode wherein that the flange is freely movable relative to the end of the tube.
An adjustable breast pumping flange assembly comprising:
- a breast pumping flange having a tube extending from the flange, the breast pumping flange connectable to a bottle;
- an adjustment section, the adjustment section allowing for a directional adjustment of the flange relative to a distal end of the tube by a rotation of a knob in direct or indirect communication with the tube or breast pumping flange, a rotation of the knob in a first direction causing a movement of the flange relative to the distal end of the tube in a first direction, and a rotation of the knob in a second opposite direction causing a movement of the flange relative to the distal end of the tube in a second direction.
