The at least one silicone film former and the at least one colorant are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant is at least about 3:1. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A cosmetic composition comprising: at least one silicone film former; a spherical mineral particulate; at least one silicone elastomer; at least one colorant; and at least about 60% by weight of at least one solvent, wherein the composition is anhydrous and wherein the at least one silicone film former and the at least one colorant are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant is at least about 3:1. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one silicone film former and the at least one silicone elastomer are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant less than about 5:1. ### Claim 3 (depends on 2) The cosmetic composition of claim 2, wherein the at least one silicone film-former includes at least one silicone resin and at least one polyorganosiloxane copolymer. ### Claim 4 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1 further comprising a silica aerogel. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one silicone film former and the at least one colorant are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant is from 3:1 to 8:1. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one silicone film former and the at least one silicone elastomer are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant is from 1.5:1 to 5:1. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one solvent and the at least one silicone film former are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one solvent to the at least one silicone film former is at least about 3.5:1. ### Claim 8 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one solvent and the at least one silicone film former are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one solvent to the at least one silicone film former is at least about 5:1. ### Claim 9 (depends on 3) The cosmetic composition of claim 3 wherein the at least one polyorganosiloxane copolymer is present in a concentration by weight from about 1% to about 25%. ### Claim 10 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1 wherein the at least one silicone elastomer comprises a vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer. ### Claim 11 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1 wherein the solvent incudes at least one volatile solvent that is present in a concentration by weight from about 5% or about 50% with respect to the composition. ### Claim 12 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one silicone elastomer is non-emulsifying silicone elastomer. ### Claim 13 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one silicone elastomer is a dimethicone crosspolymer and is present in the cosmetic composition in a concentration by weight from about 1% to about 5%. ### Claim 14 (depends on 11) The cosmetic composition of claim 11, wherein the volatile solvent is selected from hydrocarbon oils, silicone oils and mixtures thereof. ### Claim 15 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the solvent comprises at least one non-volatile oil, wherein the non-volatile oil is a dimethicone fluid having a viscosity greater than about 300 cSt and lower than about 1200 cSt at 25° C. ### Claim 16 (depends on 15) The cosmetic composition of claim 15, wherein the at least one dimethicone fluid is present in concentration by weight from about 10% to about 50% by weight being relative to the total weight of the composition. ### Claim 17 (depends on 1) The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one polyorganosiloxane copolymer is Nylon-611/ Dimethicone copolymer, and is present in concentration by weight from about 4% to about 20% by weight being relative to the total weight of the composition. ### Claim 18 (depends on 3) The composition of claim 3, wherein the at least one silicone resin is selected from siloxysilicate resin, silsesquioxane resin and mixture thereof. ### Claim 19 A lipstick liquid composition comprising: from about 2% to about 15% by weight of at least one silicone film former, wherein the at least one silicone film former comprises a polyorganosiloxane copolymer and a polyorganosiloxane copolymer; from about 1% to about 25% by weight of least one silicone elastomer, wherein the at least one silicone elastomer comprises a vinyl modified silicone elastomer; from about 60% to about 90% by weight from at least one solvent; at least one colorant; and a spherical mineral particulate, wherein the lipstick liquid composition is anhydrous, wherein the at least one silicone film former and the at least one colorant are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant is at least about 3:1. ### Claim 20 A method of making up lips comprising applying to the lips a lipstick composition comprising: at least one silicone elastomer; at least one colorant; and at least about 60% by weight of at least one solvent, wherein the composition is anhydrous and wherein the at least one silicone film former and the at least one colorant are both present in a concentration by weight such that the ratio of the concentration by weight of the at least one silicone film former to the concentration by weight of the at least one colorant is at least about 3:1, and wherein the composition is anhydrous.
