Abstract
A control method of an injection molding machine that molds a molding product including a skin layer and a core layer in a mold unit by injecting a molding material to the mold unit from a nozzle, the control method including controlling, at a starting time of an injection process, a temperature of the molding material used to form the skin layer so as to be higher than a temperature of the molding material used to form the core layer.

A control method of an injection molding machine that molds a molding product including a skin layer and a core layer in a mold unit by injecting a molding material to the mold unit from a nozzle, the control method comprising:
- controlling, at a starting time of an injection process, a temperature of the molding material used to form the skin layer so as to be higher than a temperature of the molding material used to form the core layer.
A control device of an injection molding machine that molds a molding product including a skin layer and a core layer in a mold unit by injecting a molding material to the mold unit from a nozzle, the control device comprising:
- a temperature control part configured to control, at a starting time of an injection process, a temperature of the molding material used to form the skin layer so as to be higher than a temperature of the molding material used to form the core layer.
A control device of an injection molding machine, the injection molding machine including a cylinder, a nozzle provided at a tip of the cylinder, a first heater configured to heat the cylinder, and a second heater configured to heat the nozzle, the injection molding machine being configured to mold a molding product including a skin layer and a core layer in a mold unit by injecting a molding material to the mold unit from the nozzle, the control device comprising:
- a temperature control part configured to control a temperature of at least part of the second heater so as to be higher than a temperature of the first heater.
