Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a photovoltaic CZTS thin-film solar cell including arranging a precursor solution, preparing a substrate, and depositing said precursor solution on said substrate.

A method for obtaining a photovoltaic kesterite thin-film solar cell including:
- arranging a kesterite film,
- preparing a substrate, and
- depositing said film on said substrate,
- wherein said method comprises a step of enhancing the efficiency parameters of the cell adding a doping compound comprising at least one cadmium chloride compound to said substrate after the deposition thereon of said film.

- arranging a kesterite film,
- preparing a substrate, and
- depositing said film on said substrate,
