Abstract
A corrosion inhibition composition includes a carrier and a Schiff base in admixture with the carrier. The carrier includes at least one of water, a hydrocarbon solvent, and a binder.

A corrosion inhibition composition comprising:
- a carrier;
- and
- a Schiff base in admixture with the carrier, the carrier comprising at least one of water, a hydrocarbon solvent, and a binder.
A corrosion inhibition composition comprising:
- a Schiff base, said Schiff base comprising a thiosemicarbazone.
A method for inhibiting corrosion on a metallic substrate, the method comprising:
- applying to the metallic substrate a corrosion inhibition composition comprising a Schiff base.
