A light-absorbing material comprising a compound represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein R1 to R15 each independently include at least one atom selected from the group consisting of H, C, N, O, F, P, S, Cl, I and Br, and L1 to L3 are each independently represented by the following formula (2) or (3):
- wherein R16 to R19 each independently include at least one atom selected from the group consisting of H, C, N, O, F, P, S, Cl, I and Br, and n is an integer of 1 to 3,
- wherein R20 to R23 each independently include at least one atom selected from the group consisting of H, C, N, O, F, P, S, Cl, I and Br, and m is an integer of 1 to 3,
- when the compound is represented by the formula (4) below, at least one selected from the group consisting of R1, R6 and R11 is a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkyl halide group, an unsaturated hydrocarbon group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an acyl group, an amide group, an acyloxy group, a thiol group, an alkylthio group, a sulfonic acid group, an acylthio group, an alkylsulfonyl group, a sulfonamide group, a primary amino group or a secondary amino group,
A light-absorbing material used in a device utilizing light having a wavelength of greater than or equal to 390 nm and less than or equal to 420 nm,
- the light-absorbing material comprising a compound represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein R1 to R15 each independently include at least one atom selected from the group consisting of H, C, N, O, F, P, S, Cl, I and Br, and L1 to L3 are each independently represented by the following formula (2) or (3):
- wherein R16 to R19 each independently include at least one atom selected from the group consisting of H, C, N, O, F, P, S, Cl, I and Br, and n is an integer of 1 to 3,
