Abstract
Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to biomarkers, or a panel of biomarkers, that determine progression of Alzheimer's disease, and methods of use thereof.
Claims13
A method of treatment, comprising:
- (a) detecting in a cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) sample from a subject, a level of at least two biomarkers selected from the group consisting of:
- sTNFR1, sTNFR2, and sVCAM1;
- and
- (b) determining progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD) in the subject;
- and
- (c) administering a treatment to the subject based on the progression of AD in the subject.
