Abstract
The present invention provides Phosphatidylserine (PS) preparations with PS having a predetermined particle size for use in sports nutrition and/or promoting skin health in a subject. The methods of the present invention include administering a daily dose of the PS preparation to improve sports performance and/or promote skin health in a subject.

A method for improving sport performance in a subject, for promoting skin health in a subject, or both, the method comprising administering to the subject by oral ingestion a composition comprising a phosphatidylserine powder wherein the phosphatidylserine powder comprises at least 20% by weight of a phosphatidylserine, and wherein at least 80% (w/w) of the phosphatidylserine powder has a particle size of 500 microns or less.
A method for improving sport performance in a subject, for promoting skin health in a subject, or both, the method comprising administering to the subject by oral ingestion a composition comprising a phosphatidylserine powder wherein the phosphatidylserine powder comprises at least 20% by weight of a phosphatidylserine, and wherein less than 20% (w/w) of the phosphatidylserine has a particle size of above 500 microns.
