Function Executing Device with Two Types of Wireless Communication Interfaces

A communication device comprising:

• a wireless communication interface;
• a Wi-Fi communication interface different from the wireless communication interface;
• a processor;
• and
• a memory storing instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the communication device to perform:
• in a case where a communication is performed with a terminal device via the wireless communication interface under a situation where the communication device forms a wireless network in which the communication device operates as a parent station, and a number of one or more external devices participating in the wireless network is less than a threshold value, establishing a wireless connection with the terminal device via the Wi-Fi communication interface so as to cause the terminal device to participate in the wireless network as a child station;
• and
• receiving object data from the terminal device via the Wi-Fi communication interface in a case where the wireless connection with the terminal device is established,
• wherein in a case where a communication is performed with the terminal device via the wireless communication interface under the situation where the communication device forms the wireless network, and the number of one or more external devices is equal to or more than the threshold value, a wireless connection with the terminal device via the Wi-Fi communication interface is not established.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instruction for a communication device,

• the communication device comprising:
• a wireless communication interface;
• a Wi-Fi communication interface different from the wireless communication interface;
• and
• a processor,
• wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the communication device to perform:
• in a case where a communication is performed with a terminal device via the wireless communication interface under a situation where the communication device forms a wireless network in which the communication device operates as a parent station, and a number of one or more external devices participating in the wireless network is less than a threshold value, establishing a wireless connection with the terminal device via the Wi-Fi communication interface so as to cause the terminal device to participate in the wireless network as a child station;
• and
• receiving object data from the terminal device via the Wi-Fi communication interface in a case where the wireless connection with the terminal device is established,
• wherein in a case where a communication is performed with the terminal device via the wireless communication interface under the situation where the communication device forms the wireless network, and the number of one or more external devices is equal to or more than the threshold value, a wireless connection with the terminal device via the Wi-Fi communication interface is not established.
