The present disclosure provides therapeutic combinations, which provide a synergistic effect in treating a cancer. The present disclosure provides methods of treatment including administration of the combinations, and uses of the combinations, e.g., for treatment of cancer.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of idelalisib and a therapeutically effective amount of defactinib.

A method of treating breast cancer in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising:
- administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of ribociclib and a therapeutically effective amount of dabrafenib;
- wherein the breast cancer is one or more of triple negative breast cancer, luminal A breast cancer, luminal B breast cancer, Her2-enriched breast cancer, normal-like breast cancer, and basal-like breast cancer.
