A reading menu folder (RMF) system includes a front cover, a back cover having a series of letters, sounds, and combinations of letters and sounds such that the letters and sounds.

A reading menu folder system comprising:
- a front cover;
- a right inside cover;
- a left inside cover;
- a back cover;
- and
- a plurality of tiles, stickers, pieces of paper, laminated paper, or other similar items that are imprinted with letters, sounds, or combinations of letters for a particular reading or skill level;
- an attachment means to secure the s plurality of tiles, stickers, pieces of paper, laminated paper, or other similar items that are imprinted with letters, sounds, or combinations of letters for a particular reading or skill level on the right inside cover or left inside cover and an attachment means to allow a user to arrange the plurality of tiles, stickers, pieces of paper, laminated paper, or other similar items that are imprinted with letters, sounds, or combinations of letters for a particular reading or skill level in a desired combination and then reattach the plurality of tiles, stickers, pieces of paper, laminated paper, or other similar items that are imprinted with letters, sounds, or combinations of letters for a particular reading or skill level onto the left inside cover or right inside cover.
