Method and apparatus for using an adjustable desk

A method of exercising while working on a support structure, comprising:

• introducing an adjustable desk to at least one arm of the support structure, the adjustable desk comprises:
• a frame;
• a bottom platform operably engaged with the frame and defining a first substantially planar wall;
• and
• a top platform operably engaged with the frame and defining a second substantially planer wall, wherein the top platform is provided at a first height above the bottom platform measured between the first substantially planar wall and the second substantially planar wall;
• adjusting at least one pivot bracket of a pivoting assembly of the frame between a first position and a second position;
• engaging the at least one pivot bracket of the pivoting assembly of the frame with the at least one arm of the support structure;
• and
• engaging at least one clamp of a mounting assembly of the frame with the at least one arm of the support structure.
