Abstract
The present relates to a device and a procedure for the extrusion and application of a spacer profile of insulating glass, particularly for a machine adapted to compose the spacer frame directly against one or more glass panes constituting the insulating glass starting from a thermoplastic product prevalently contained in drums, displacing the extrados thereof to an adjustable and controlled distance referred to the margin of one or more glass panes.
Claims12
A device for the extrusion and application of spacer profile of insulating glass, particularly for a machine adapted to compose the spacer frame directly against one or more of the glass panes constituting the insulating glass starting from a thermoplastic product, characterized in that at least one feeler located upstream of the extrusion nozzle identifies the position of the margin of the glass pane and transmits the position signal to a controller, which through the axes H, V, ϑ, driven by synchronous motors actuates the keeping of a mutual position of nozzle-margin of the glass pane at a distance p which can be set through the operator interface.
A device for the extrusion and application of a spacer profile of insulating glass, particularly for a machine adapted to compose the spacer frame directly against one or more of the glass panes constituting the insulating glass starting from a thermoplastic product, wherein the extrusion nozzle, through the mechanisms:
- actuator;
- mechanical transmission;
- support;
- actuator/compensator;
- connection to slide;
- transducer, all located in the synchronous carriage;
- sensor, located in the extrusion head, interfaced with one another and operating in connection with the ubication of the perimeter face of the glass pane, during the relative movement of nozzle-glass pane, seamlessly make the extrusion nozzle follow the actual position, not the theoretical position, of such face along the transverse axis Z, which is different from the theoretical one due to the non-planarity of the glass pane, with control of the force applied by the nozzle against the face of the glass pane, besides position control, in the perimeter portions in which the pane itself receives the extrusion of the spacer profile.
A procedure for the extrusion and application of a spacer profile of insulating glass, particularly for a machine adapted to compose the spacer frame directly against one or more of the glass panes constituting the insulating glass starting from a thermoplastic product, characterized in that the mutual position of the nozzle—margin of the glass plate is kept at a constant distance p, which can be set through the operator interface, chasing the actual position of the margin of the glass pane, which may be different from the theoretical geometric position, so that the peripheral cavity identified by the inner faces of the glass pane and the extrados of the spacer profile is homogeneous along the complete perimeter of the insulating glass because it is dedicated to filling with the secondary sealant performing structural bonding and gas and water vapor tightness functions.
A procedure for the extrusion and application of a spacer profile of insulating glass, particularly for a machine adapted to compose the spacer frame directly against one or more of the glass panes constituting the insulating glass starting from a thermoplastic product, wherein the position and thrust force towards the face of the glass pane of the nozzle is controlled, along the transversal axis Z, throughout the entire extrusion path of the spacer profile.
