Abstract
The coating resin composition contains a thermoplastic resin including (A) a rubber-reinforced vinyl-based resin having a rubbery portion derived from a rubbery polymer and a resin portion having a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and (B) an olefin-based resin modified with a polar functional group containing an oxygen atom. The composition may further contain a polycarbonate resin.

A coating resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin comprises:
- (A) a rubber-reinforced vinyl-based resin having a rubbery portion derived from a rubbery polymer and a resin portion having a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound;
- and (B) an olefin-based resin modified with a polar functional group containing an oxygen atom.
