Abstract
An apparatus that executes a job, broadcasts a wireless signal prior to establishing a connection by wireless communication with an external apparatus. The wireless signal includes information relating to the apparatus, by which it can be identified whether execution of a job by the apparatus is possible, in a predetermined packet.

An apparatus that executes a job, the apparatus comprising:
- a broadcast unit configured to broadcast a wireless signal prior to establishing a connection by wireless communication with an external apparatus, wherein
- the wireless signal includes information relating to the apparatus, by which it can be identified whether execution of a job by the apparatus is possible, in a predetermined packet.
