• at least one storage level;
• a body;
• and
• a bottom plate,
• wherein mutually facing bearing surfaces of the body and of the bottom plate each have at least one raceway in which rolling elements are guided,
• wherein the body is movable relative to the bottom plate from an initial position to an intermediate position and further to an open position and back,
• wherein, in the intermediate position, the body is rotated relative to the bottom plate in a direction of rotation and displaced in a predetermined direction,
• wherein the at least one raceway of the bottom plate is formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to an axis of symmetry extending at an oblique angle relative to a side edge of the bottom plate.

A piece of furniture, comprising:

• a body with a plurality of side walls;
• a cover plate;
• and
• at least one furniture element arranged in the piece of furniture, wherein the at least one furniture element comprises
• at least one storage level;
• a body;
• and
• a bottom plate,
• wherein mutually facing bearing surfaces of the body of the at least one furniture element and of the bottom plate each have at least one raceway in which rolling elements are guided,
• wherein the body of the at least one furniture element is movable relative to the bottom plate from an initial position to an intermediate position and further to an open position and back,
• wherein, in the intermediate position, the body of the at least one furniture element is rotated relative to the bottom plate in a direction of rotation and displaced in a predetermined direction,
• wherein the at least one raceway of the bottom plate is formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to an axis of symmetry extending at an oblique angle relative to a side edge of the bottom plate.

A piece of furniture, comprising:

• a first body;
• and
• a furniture element, which comprises
• at least one storage level;
• a body;
• and
• a bottom plate,
• wherein mutually facing bearing surfaces of the body of the at least one furniture element and of the bottom plate each have at least one raceway in which rolling elements are guided,
• wherein the body of the at least one furniture element is movable relative to the bottom plate from an initial position to an intermediate position and further to an open position and back,
• wherein, in the intermediate position, the body of the at least one furniture element is rotated relative to the bottom plate in a direction of rotation and displaced in a predetermined direction,
• wherein the at least one raceway of the bottom plate is formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to an axis of symmetry extending at an oblique angle relative to a side edge of the bottom plate.
