Abstract
A fluid pressure actuator is provided with an actuator main portion whose shape is changed by the expansion or contraction of a cylindrical tube expanded and contracted by the pressure of fluid, and a detection unit for detecting the length L of the actuator main portion along the longitudinal direction of the tube.
Claims10
A fluid pressure actuator comprising:
- an actuator main portion including a tube having a cylindrical shape that is expanded and contracted by pressure of fluid and changing in shape by expansion or contraction of the tube;
- and
- a detection unit for detecting a length of the actuator main portion along a longitudinal direction of the tube.
A detection unit connected to a fluid pressure actuator, wherein
- the fluid pressure actuator includes an actuator main portion including a tube having a cylindrical shape that is expanded and contracted by pressure of fluid and changing in shape by expansion or contraction of the tube;
- and
- the detection unit detects a length of the actuator main portion along a longitudinal direction of the tube.
