User terminal and radio communication method

A terminal comprising:

• a receiving section that receives configuration information containing a report-quantity parameter for channel state information (CSI), indicating a report of a signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR);
• and
• a control section that performs a control to not transmit a second CSI report carrying neither a reference signal received power (RSRP) nor the SINR if a first CSI report carrying the SINR collides with the second CSI report.

A radio communication method for a terminal, comprising:

• receiving configuration information containing a report-quantity parameter for channel state information (CSI), indicating a report of signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR);
• performing a control to not transmit a second CSI report carrying neither a reference signal received power (RSRP) nor the SINR, if a first CSI report carrying the SINR collides with the second CSI report.

A base station comprising:

• a transmitting section that transmits configuration information containing a report-quantity parameter for channel state information (CSI), indicating a report of signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR);
• and
• a receiving section that receives a first CSI report that is transmitted with higher priority if the first CSI report carrying the SINR collides with a second CSI report carrying neither a reference signal received power (RSRP) nor the SINR.
