Abstract
A power domain change circuit includes an input circuit and an output circuit. The input circuit is suitable for operating in a first power domain and generating first and second intermediate processing signals. The output circuit is suitable for operating in a second power domain and generating a final output signal by averaging and combining transition jitter components of the first and second intermediate processing signals.

A power domain change circuit comprising:
- an input circuit suitable for operating in a first power domain and generating first and second intermediate processing signals by transferring an input signal;
- and
- an output circuit suitable for operating in a second power domain and generating a final output signal by averaging and combining transition jitter components occurring in a process of transferring the first and second intermediate processing signals.
A driving method of a power domain change circuit, comprising:
- a signal generation step of generating first and second intermediate processing signals by transferring an input signal in a first power domain;
- a domain change step of changing power domains of the first and second intermediate processing signals from the first power domain to a second power domain and transferring the first and second intermediate processing signals;
- an averaging step of averaging transition jitter components occurring in the domain change step;
- and
- an output step of generating a final output signal by combining output signals of the averaging step.
