Abstract
Discussed is a battery pack that prevents a heat transfer phenomenon, and a device including the same. The battery pack includes: a battery module frame accommodating a battery cell stack, a battery pack frame, on which the battery module frame is mounted, and a battery module mounting part formed in the battery pack frame to mount the battery module frame to to the battery pack frame, wherein a heat insulation member is formed between the battery module mounting part and the battery module frame.

A battery pack comprising:
- a battery module frame accommodating a battery cell stack;
- a battery pack frame on which the battery module frame is mounted;
- and
- a battery module mounting part formed in the battery pack frame to mount the battery module frame to the battery pack frame,
- wherein a heat insulation member is formed between the battery module mounting part and the battery module frame.
