Discussed is a display device including a gate electrode, a gate insulating film disposed on the gate electrode, a semiconductor layer disposed on the gate insulating film, an insulating layer disposed on the semiconductor layer, a first electrode disposed on the insulating layer, a light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer.

A display device comprising:
- a gate electrode;
- a gate insulating film disposed on the gate electrode;
- a semiconductor layer disposed on the gate insulating film;
- an insulating layer disposed on the semiconductor layer;
- a first electrode disposed on the insulating layer;
- a light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer.

- a driving element;
- an insulating layer disposed on the driving element;
- a first electrode disposed on the insulating layer;
- a light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer,
- wherein the insulating layer includes a through hole configured to expose a low-potential voltage line, and
- the second electrode extends to the through hole of the insulating layer, and is electrically connected to the low-potential voltage line.
