Abstract
A display device includes a display area including a light-emitting element layer including a plurality of light-emitting elements, a TFT layer provided below the light-emitting element layer to drive the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a sealing layer covering the light-emitting element layer, and a frame area surrounding the display area. The light-emitting element layer is provided with a light-emitting layer for each color of red, green, and blue. The light-emitting layer of each color is partitioned by a bank constituted by a resin material, and each light-emitting layer includes a hydrazide compound or a nitroxy radical compound.
Claims11
A display device comprising:
- a display area including a light-emitting element layer including a plurality of light-emitting elements, a TFT layer provided below the light-emitting element layer and configured to drive the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a sealing layer covering the light-emitting element layer;
- and
- a frame area surrounding the display area,
- wherein the light-emitting element layer is provided with a light-emitting layer for each color of red, green, and blue,
- the light-emitting layers of each color are partitioned by a bank constituted by a resin material, and
- each light-emitting layer includes a hydrazide compound, a nitroxy radical compound, or a quinone or anthraquinone-based compound.
