Abstract
A multilayer electronic component includes a body including a dielectric layer and internal electrodes having the dielectric layer interposed therebetween in a first direction and external electrodes disposed on the body and connected to the internal electrodes, wherein the internal electrodes include nickel (Ni) and dysprosium (Dy) and 0.02 at %≤C0≤5 at % in which C0 is an atomic percentage (at %) calculated by dividing a number of atoms of Dy by a sum of a number of atoms of Ni and Dy included in the internal electrode.
Claims27
A multilayer electronic component comprising:
- a body including a dielectric layer and internal electrodes having the dielectric layer interposed therebetween in a first direction;
- and
- external electrodes disposed on the body and connected to the internal electrodes,
- wherein the internal electrodes include nickel (Ni) and dysprosium (Dy) in amounts satisfying formula:
- 0.02 at %≤C0≤5 at % in which C0 is an atomic percentage (at %) calculated by dividing a number of atoms of Dy by a sum of a number of atoms of Ni and Dy included in the internal electrode.
A multilayer electronic component comprising:
- a body including a dielectric layer and internal electrodes having the dielectric layer interposed therebetween in a first direction;
- and
- external electrodes disposed on the body and connected to the internal electrodes,
- wherein the internal electrodes include a dysprosium (Dy) oxide and does not include barium (Ba).
A multilayer electronic component comprising:
- a body including a dielectric layer and internal electrodes having the dielectric layer interposed therebetween in a first direction,
- wherein the internal electrodes include nickel (Ni) and dysprosium (Dy) in amounts satisfying formulae:
- C2≤2.3 at % in which C2 is an atomic percentage (at %) calculated by dividing a number of atoms of Dy by a sum of a number of atoms of Ni and Dy at a center of the internal electrode in the first direction, and
- an atom percent of Dy relative to a sum of Ni and Dy in the center of the internal electrode increases toward an interface between the internal electrode and the dielectric layer.
