Insurance management system

A method for generating a risk assessment value for a vehicle insurance management system, comprising:

• receiving driver data indicative of driver behavior, the driving behavior indicative of activation of at least one advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) feature;
• receiving context data relating at least in part to the activation of the ADAS feature;
• and
• generating a risk value specific to the driver and the vehicle based at least in part on the context data and the activation of the at least one ADAS feature, wherein the risk value is lowered in response to the context data relating to the activation of the ADAS feature.

An insurance management system for a vehicle, comprising:

• a memory of a vehicle configured to maintain data relating to the vehicle and driver;
• and
• at least one sensor configured to provide context data indicative of driving conditions,
• a processor of the vehicle configured to
• receive driver data indicative of driver behavior;
• receive context data relating at least in part to the driver behavior;
• receive vehicle data relating to vehicle features and attributes, wherein the driver data includes activation of at least one advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) feature of the vehicle, wherein the context data correlates to the activation of the at least one ADAS feature, and wherein the vehicle data includes vehicle ADAS data indicative of ADAS features available on the vehicle;
• and
• generate a risk value specific to the driver and the vehicle based at least in part on the driver data, context data, and vehicle data,—wherein the risk value is lowered in response to the context data relating to the activation of the ADAS feature.
