Abstract
A benefit-provision system is operated by an administrator to provide a benefit from a source, which may be an administrator, to a benefit-eligible recipient who is part of or associated with a sponsored applicant group for which access to the benefit-provision system is being sponsored by a sponsor. A method thereof provides a benefit by an administrator from a source to a benefit-eligible recipient who is part of or associated with a sponsored applicant group for which access to a benefit-provision system is being sponsored by a sponsor.
Claims12
A system for providing an administrator a benefit from a source to a benefit-eligible recipient, a sponsor sponsoring access to the system for the benefit-eligible recipient;
- the system comprising:
- a qualification unit for determining that an applicant group associated with the sponsor meets a first criteria for being sponsored by the sponsor to access to the system, the benefit-eligible recipient being a member of the applicant group;
- a recipient qualification unit for determining that the benefit-eligible recipient is qualified to receive the benefit.
A method of providing a benefit to a benefit eligible recipient;
- the method comprising the steps of:
- (a) obtaining from a source the benefit;
- (b) determining with a qualification unit that an applicant group associated with a sponsor meets a first criteria for being sponsored by the sponsor to access to benefit-provision system, the benefit-eligible recipient being a member of the applicant group;
- and
- (c) determining with a recipient qualification unit that the benefit-eligible recipient is qualified to receive the benefit.
