Logistics information managing method and electronic apparatus performing the same

An electronic apparatus comprising:

• a database;
• a communication module;
• and
• a processor,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• receive data indicating one or more operational characteristics associated with a fulfillment center;
• set, based on the one or more operational characteristics, an item attribute-related condition corresponding to the fulfillment center, wherein the item attribute-related condition comprises a priority list listing a plurality of attribute types, and wherein each attribute type, of the plurality of attribute types, is assigned a priority value;
• identify one or more attribute types, of the plurality of attribute types, associated with a first item received in the fulfillment center;
• determine, based on the priority list and one of the one or more attribute types, a representative attribute of the first item;
• and
• providing candidate display position information for the first item based on the representative attribute, wherein the candidate display position information indicates one or more candidate display positions within the fulfillment center;
• and
• cause the item to be located, by a transportation device, to at least one of the one or more candidate display positions.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium comprising a computer program for performing a logistics information managing method, the logistics information managing method comprising:

• receiving data indicating one or more operational characteristics associated with a fulfillment center;
• setting, based on the one or more operational characteristics, an item attribute-related condition corresponding to a-the fulfillment center, wherein the item attribute-related condition comprises a priority list listing a plurality of attribute types, and wherein each attribute type, of the plurality of attribute types, is assigned a priority value;
• identifying one or more attribute types, of the plurality of attribute types, associated with a first item received in the fulfillment center;
• determining, based on the priority list and one of the one or more attribute types, a representative attribute of the first item;
• and
• providing candidate display position information for the first item based on the representative attribute, wherein the candidate display position information indicates one or more candidate display positions within the fulfillment center;
• and
• causing the item to be located, by a transportation device, to at least one of the one or more candidate display positions.
