Abstract
A quick-fitting pipe fitting assembly for coupling with at least one pipe element includes a pipe fitting body, at least one coupling unit, and at least one gasket. Each coupling unit includes a fixed coupling element integrally extended from the pipe fitting body and a movable coupling element, the gasket disposed at the coupling unit, the connecting elements movably connect the fixed coupling element with the movable coupling element, wherein the at least one coupling unit is adapted for being preassembled with the at least one pipe element and can be fastened by at least one fastening element that is capable of being operated to fasten the movable coupling element with the fixed coupling element.
Claims20
A pipe fitting assembly for coupling with at least one pipe element having a coupling end portion, comprising:
- a pipe fitting body having at least one fitting portion which has an end portion;
- at least one coupling unit, provided at said end portion of said at least one fitting portion of said at least one fitting body, comprising:
- a fixed coupling element integrally extended from said end portion of said at least one fitting portion of said pipe fitting body to form a one-piece main body, and
- a movable coupling element pivotally connected with said fixed coupling element, such that said movable coupling element is able to move with respect to said fixed coupling element between an opened position that said movable coupling element is pivotally moved away from said fixed coupling element, and a closed position that the movable coupling element is pivotally moved towards said fixed coupling element and fastened with said fixed coupling element to form an inner cavity for sealingly receiving and fastening with the coupling end portion of the pipe element;
- and
- at least one gasket configured to be disposed in said inner cavity of said at least one coupling unit to provide a sealing effect while the coupling end portion of the pipe element is received and fastened in said inner cavity so as to sealingly fasten the pipe element by the at least one coupling unit.
