Abstract
A compound according to formula I in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or a mixture thereof wherein is indicating a carbon-carbon single or double bond, with the provision that the compound has one carbon-carbon double bond or two isolated or conjugated carbon-carbon double bonds, and R1 to R5 are independently from each other selected from H or Me, with the proviso that the compound is not 3-(4-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)cyclohex-1-en-1-yl)propanal, and its use as fragrance.

A compound according to formula (I) in the form of any one or more of its stereoisomers or a mixture thereof
- wherein
- represents a carbon-carbon single or double bond, with the proviso that the compound has one carbon-carbon double bond or two isolated or conjugated carbon-carbon double bonds, and
- R1 to R5 are independently from each other selected from H and Me,
- with the proviso that the compound is not 3-(4-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)cyclohex-1-en-1-yl)propanal.
