Elbow-Shaped Duct Manufacturing Apparatus

An elbow-shaped duct manufacturing apparatus 1, comprising:

• a main body
• a duct movement guiding part rotating a duct and moving the duct upward;
• a duct vane forming part including forming sections and for forming upper and lower vanes and of the duct;
• a rotary driving part including a cutting roller for cutting the duct and a forming roller for pushing the upper and lower vanes and of the duct formed through cutting to the forming sections and and pressing the pushed upper and lower vanes;
• and
• a duct vane coupling part coupling the upper and lower vanes and of the duct, wherein
• the duct vane forming part includes:
• first forming jigs and symmetrically disposed to slide in opposite directions and having first semicircular parts and of a semicircular shape formed on inner sides, respectively, the forming sections and being formed on inner surfaces of the first semicircular parts and, respectively;
• and
• second forming jigs and detachably disposed on the first forming jigs and and having second semicircular parts and of a semicircular shape formed on inner sides, respectively, a diameter of the second semicircular parts being smaller than that of the first semicircular parts and, respectively.
