The invention provides the novel derivatives which introduce methylenedioxy in the position of 10,11 and different groups in the position of 7. The derivatives of novel structure, and the raw materials are easily to obtain. In addition, the compounds in this invention have good cytotoxic activity in vitro and anti-tumor activity in vivo. Z is a ring structure selected from the substituted group or the unsubstituted groups of benzene, pyridine, furan, thiophene, pyrazol, benzpyrole, indazole, piperidine, morpholine, thiomorphline, naphthalene or triazole;
and when Z is selected from the substituted structures, the substituted groups are halogen, substituted or unsubstituted of alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted of ester, substituted or unsubstituted of benzene, substituted or unsubstituted of pyrrolidine, substituted or unsubstituted of piperidine, substituted or unsubstituted of morpholine or substituted or unsubstituted of thiomorphline;
wherein the substitution can be a single substitution or multiple substitution;
and when n and m are 0, Z cannot be unsubstituted benzene.
