Claims7
A compound according to Formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- wherein:
- R1 is independently chosen from H, alkyl, alkoxy, X, cyano, amino, nitro, hydroxyl, CX3 and —OCX3, wherein X is F, Cl, Br, or I;
- R2 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, X, cyano, amino, nitro, hydroxyl and CX3, wherein X is F, Cl, Br, or I;
- R3 is independently chosen from H, alkyl, alkoxy, X, cyan, amino, nitro, hydroxyl and CX3, wherein X is F, Cl, Br, or I;
- R4 is independently chosen from a 5-membered heterocycle and a 6-membered heterocycle;
- and
- n is 1-6.
A compound according to Formula II or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R6 is independently chosen from H, alkyl, alkoxy, X, cyano, amino, hydroxyl and CX3 and —OCX3, wherein X is F, Cl, Br, or I;
- R7 is independently chosen from a 5-membered heterocycle and a 6-membered heterocycle;
- R8 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, X, cyano, amino, hydroxyl and CX3;
- and
- n is 1-6.
A method of treating a K-Ras mediated disorder in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering a therapeutically amount of one or more compounds of Formula I and/or Formula II, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
